All repairs made with Audacity 2.0.3
-re-combined all tracks into one wav file
-amplified left channel 8dB
-amplified right channel 8.5dB
-split recording into separate tracks placing track indexes at the beginnings of songs
-Track 01: amplified volume additional 1dB, removed 3 mic bumps
-Track 02: removed 1 mic bump at end [could not remove mic bump at start without damaging music]
-Track 05: removed 1 micro-gap
-Track 06: amplified volume additional 1dB
-Track 07: normalized volume 1dB [minor volume drop left intact so as not to damage music]
-Track 08: amplified volume additional 1dB
-Track 09: normalized volume 1dB [2 mic bumps left intact so as not to damage music]
-Track 10: amplified volume additional 2dB, removed 1 mic bump, reduced volume on 1 mic bump
-Track 11: amplified volume additional 1dB, removed trailing silence at end of track
